Alex Gary Obituary, Alex Gary Has Passed Away Funeral Services at Mortonhall Crematorium
Alex Gary Death, Obituary – I’m Alex, Gary’s son, and I’m here to share some difficult news on behalf of my Dad and our family. Early on Tuesday morning, my Dad peacefully passed away in his sleep. His battle against bone cancer, which he fought valiantly for over five years, has come to an end. The pain of his loss is immeasurable, but there’s solace in knowing he’s finally found the peace he deserves.
Throughout his challenging journey, my Dad maintained his positivity and stayed true to his authentic self. His unwavering spirit and determination shone brightly until the very end. This is a painful time for our entire family, as we grapple with the void left by his absence.
We will be holding a funeral service to honor my Dad’s life at Mortonhall Crematorium on Friday, September 8th, at 12:30. You’re welcome to join us if you wish to pay your respects and bid your farewells. To those of his motorbike pals, it would mean the world if you could join the procession – something he would have cherished. We kindly request that you drop a private message to my Dad, me (Sandy Dixon), or Lauren Dixon to let us know if you plan to attend, so we can have an estimate of the numbers.
In these trying times, the outpouring of support and love is deeply appreciated. As we navigate this journey of grief, let us remember the quote: “They are not dead who live in the hearts they leave behind.” My Dad’s memory lives on in our hearts, and his impact on us will forever remain a guiding light.
Thank you for being a part of my Dad’s life and for your presence during this challenging time. Your love and support mean more to us than words can express. ❤️🙏
