Allen Murder Suicide, Family of 4 Slain in Murder-Suicide in Texas Report Says

Allen Murder Suicide, Death –  The Allen Police Department has named the members of the family that was killed in the murder-suicide that occurred on Monday, but they have not yet disclosed the identity of the person who opened fire. They are Farman and Layla Sherwani, together with their two boys, Shaheen, who is 12 years old, and Mateen, who is 2 years old. The agency also disclosed that the couple had another kid, a girl named Lyian who was 4 years old and had passed away three weeks earlier due to drowning.

During a welfare check at the family’s house on Aberdeen Drive, which is located not too far from Exchange Parkway, law enforcement officials found the family at around 8:45 a.m. on August 28. After being locked out of their residence for a couple of hours and being unable to go inside or make contact with other members of their family, a member of the family decided to phone the police. The Allen Independent School District verified that Shaheen was enrolled in the fifth grade at Olson Elementary School. The residence is located a short distance away from the school.

Jacqueline Soto, a neighbor, remarked that “when you think about it, it’s overwhelming.” “It’s tragic,” she said. “It broke my heart to see how the family mourned their loved one. Their expressions conveyed feelings of bewilderment and despair.
