Landon Fuson Death, Obituary – Edward Fuson Younce, a beloved figure in Tazewell, Tennessee, passed away on September 27, 2021, at the age of 68. He was born on April 5, 1953, in Middlesboro, Kentucky, to his parents, the late James Fuson Younce and Bobbie Lucille Younce. Edward’s life was marked by his love for racing, and he was known as the skilled driver of car #81 at Tazewell for many years.

In addition to his racing career, Edward cherished his family deeply. He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Janette Younce, and they shared many cherished moments together. Edward leaves behind a legacy of love and connection through his daughters: Amy Younce, Sarah Beth Younce, Laura (Adam) Smith, and Mindy Younce. His role as a loving grandfather was also evident, as he leaves behind grandchildren Landon and Gage Smith, Joey and Blayne Younce, and Hudson Thomas.

Edward’s family was an essential part of his life, and he is survived by his sister, Kathy Ausmus, as well as brothers-in-law Randy (Beverly) Marsee and Don Ausmus. He was blessed with special friendships that added joy to his life, including Gary Harville, Larry “Goat” Burke, and Rick Welch. Edward’s impact extended beyond his immediate circle to a host of nieces, nephews, and friends who will remember him fondly.
