Sarah’s unexpected departure has left a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her. Born in Bridgeport on December 8, 1992, she was the beloved daughter of Stephen and Cherie Malione. Sarah’s journey through life was marked by a deep sense of dedication and compassion. She spent her formative years in Monroe, where she graduated from Masuk High School. Her commitment to caregiving led her to pursue a career in nursing. She graduated from St. Vincent’s School of Nursing, embarking on her professional journey as a Registered Nurse at St. Vincent’s Hospital. Her dedication to her profession and her patients shone brightly during this time.
Driven by her passion for exploration and growth, Sarah became a Yale travel nurse, broadening her horizons and expanding her knowledge. However, her devotion to her family took precedence, and she transitioned into the role of a loving homemaker and mother to her two cherished sons, Clayton, aged 2, and Bradley, aged 1. Sarah’s caring nature extended beyond her immediate family. She was known for her tireless efforts to help others, always making herself available to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her kindness and compassion left an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to cross her path.
