Terrelle Tucker Obituary, Death – Terrelle L. Tucker, 39, of Portland perished in the Parkrose Neighborhood collision Friday. His family was notified of his death. He was alone in the car. The white 2011 Buick Lacrosse was speeding on Northeast Sandy Boulevard. The car lost control on the elevated center median and hit a power post, bus stop, and two trees.
This image was difficult since the upper portion of the power pole was hanging by cables and other lines broke and fell to the ground. Pacific Power checked the cables for risk before the inquiry. The Oregon Department of Transportation helped clean up and regulate traffic. The safe reaction and inquiry required teamwork and communication amongst entities.
